“Wisdom, as Scripture Defines It”
Wisdom is knowing your place in the fear of the Lord and maintaining the proper respect for Mankind. Wisdom is about understanding why people fail, including yourself, so that you can ultimately succeed. Wisdom is loving to do what’s right. Wisdom is having a teacher’s heart. It’s knowing when to hold ’em, when to fold ’em, when to walk away, when to run, and when not to engage to start with. Wisdom is knowing your limitations and always remaining teachable, no matter how much you think you know. Wisdom is learning from your teachers (and from others’ failures) so you don’t have to risk learning every lesson the hard way. It’s knowing how something is likely to end and moving towards desired ends. It’s always serving God and seeking to save souls.
